LINDA DAVIES BROKER OF RECORD

Linda began her career in real estate in 1979 working for a large national company. At this time she achieved “Broker” status and augmented her selling career with teaching courses. At that time the Real Estate licensing courses were taught at the Community Colleges. Linda began specializing in condominium sales in 1986 and this move culminated in the opening of her own business “Linda Davies Real Estate Limited” (Davies Condos) in 1989.

Davies Condos has now been offering specialized services to Condo Buyers, Sellers and Renters for over 25 years. Linda has a particular interest in the design, planning, marketing and sale of new condominiums and has personally been involved in excess of twenty such developments working very closely with the builders. Linda has a deep commitment to her community. She is a very active Rotarian as president of The Rotary Club of Burlington Lakeshore for 2014-2015. Linda, of course, lives in a condominium and loves the lifestyle. She has three amazing sons and four beautiful grandchildren.

JENNIFER CONNELL BROKER

Jen began her career in real estate in 2007 upon completing her degree from the University of Toronto. With a background in residential real estate sales, and mid-rise residential land development she enthusiastically joined Davies Condos in 2017. With a zest for continued education and knowledge she achieved her “Broker” status in 2014.

Her strong work ethic and detailed approach help her to be thorough and organized on the most complex of transactions. Working in one of Canada’s best mid-sized cities and quickest moving markets she has mastered the skills of: keeping current, working under pressure and maintaining superior client satisfaction.

Jen has a deep commitment to her career and family. When not assisting Davies Condos clients she can be found out and about with her husband and son enjoying the lovely lakeside parks and pavilions Burlington has to offer.

VANESSA HAMILTON SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Vanessa began her career with Davies Condos in 1999 as an administrator. Her affinity for the customer and her natural empathetic nature led to the launch of her sales career in 2003. Vanessa participates in all facets of making Davies Condos a highly successful brokerage and, at the same time, manages our leasing division. Without question, Davies Condos is the premier rental agency for condos in Burlington and this is, in no small part, due to Vanessa’s dedication.

Vanessa has been quoted to say that her aim is to “make the real estate process an easy and seamless transition for every client”. Vanessa is married to Todd Percival.

ANNE WILLS SALES REPRESENTATIVE

With a background in interior design and home improvements, a career in Real Estate seemed the perfect next step for Anne. Listening to peoples’ needs and wants and helping them find the right home or condo is her passion.

For fifteen years in the business, Anne has worked in a team environment, specializing in the buyer client process. She continuously provides all clients with outstanding service. Anne appreciates that the Davies Condos team works together toward the same goal of providing superior customer satisfaction. Anne resides in Burlington and is married to Leighton.

SOPHIE BUZZELLI SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Sophie is an experienced and professional sales representative, licensed to sell real estate since 1988. She has had a long and successful career in the new homes industry and resale market. For the last seven years she has primarily worked in new condo sales in Burlington. Sophie was raised in Hamilton, graduated from McMaster University and has a theatre performance background and classical vocal training.

She has been married to Ivan for 41 years and has three sons, Daniel, Marc & Christopher. When not selling condos, Sophie can be found on stage somewhere in a play or musical show.

VANESSA PETZ SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Vanessa has been selling real estate since 1990. In this time she has practised in a number of different areas; including, resale houses and townhouses, new homes for subdivision builders and also custom home builds. Vanessa has earned numerous awards for her sales achievements, such as, salesperson of the year and volume sales awards.

In 2008 Vanessa decided to expand her experience and joined Davies Condos to become one of the on-site sales representatives for local builders. This opportunity offered a new and different experience in the construction of high rise condominium buildings. Vanessa resides in Ancaster, is married to Norbert, and has three children.

NEIL HAMILTON SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Neil has a strong background in sales, in large part in the retail and management industries with major Canadian companies. Once retired from retail, Neil joined the real estate community and has worked with Davies Condos for the past eight years on condominium projects in Burlington and Milton.

Neil has been a resident of the Burlington/Hamilton area for more than forty years. Neil is an avid golfer. He also has his pilot’s license. Neil is married to Ruth-Lynn and has two daughters.
